The E-Learning Zone aims to be a large independent learning portal which has been designed by teachers, specifically for students. The main focus of this site is to make learning interactive and subject material/resources more accessible, outside of the classroom.

You must become a member of the E-Learning Zone to access subject material. You can create your own user account by clicking here. You MUST provide an active email account, however this does not have to be your school or college account; otherwise the E-Learning Zone will not be able to create your account.

You may see the Enrolment Key symbol next to a subject area. This is quite simply a password which enables you to enrol to the area. Your teacher should have provided you with the password (key), if they haven’t then you need to ask them to provide you with this information.
What Features will the E-Learning Zone Provide?

- Lesson Material (PowerPoint Slides / Worksheets / Handouts ect.)
- Additional Subject Material – sometimes it is impossible to cover everything in a lesson, so additional information, resources, support, concepts will be placed here
- Case Studies – examples of your subject in action
- Quizzes / Tests – check your knowledge and understanding in your own time
- Pod Casts – download audio versions of subject content
- Forums – interact and share your views on issues which have been raised in your subject
- Support – Contact your teacher and/or fellow peers in a safe community environment
